Zhuzhou Jiufang Casting Co., Ltd. is a production base for railway electric locomotive casting parts in China, with a net asset of 40 million yuan, a factory area of 41300 square meters, and 340 employees, including more than 24 senior technical management personnel. The company has five resin sand molding production lines imported from FAT in Germany and advanced equipment such as shot blasting machines imported from the United States. In terms of process design, the branch factory adopts advanced CAD design systems and Tsinghua University's solidification simulation system, and has established a long-term technical cooperation relationship with Tsinghua University. It has also jointly established the Jiufang Metal Materials Engineering Research Institute of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, dedicated to the research and development of cutting-edge casting technologies.

The company is capable of producing cast steel parts of ordinary carbon steel, low carbon steel, and high-strength low-alloy steel using resin sand and water glass sand processes. The maximum casting weight can reach 12 tons, with an annual output of 20000 tons and a dimensional accuracy of CT10.

The company has a complete set of silica sol process production lines, capable of producing low-carbon steel, low-alloy steel, stainless steel, and non-ferrous precision castings, with an annual output of 1500 tons and a dimensional accuracy of up to CT3. Castings are exported to countries such as the United States, Japan, France, the Netherlands, and Australia.
